Everything went well up until delivery day. First, it arrived past the promised delivery time. However, the bigger issue was that they actually sent the wrong color shingles. My contractor was already there and had no availability for another 2 weeks if had we not gone through with this color. I contacted the sales rep who instead of admitting to their mistake only found excuses and trying to charge me extra delivery fee for the correct color. Very helpful and knowledgeable! As a handyman-type non-professional roofer, they listened and gave me good advice on how to fix my flat roof issues. This was after I had 3 professional roofers, come out to provide estimates and then flake out on me.
Great inside their office, but outside in the yard - not so good. It takes the forklift drivers way too long to get needed material.
Need to get in sync w their credit manager. Otherwise they have great people working at this location.
