Service seems fast if you're a customer, but if you're a flatbed driver delivering product to them, expect to sit and wait on the road for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before getting pulled in, where there are posted signs specifically stating parking for loading/unloading is limited to 30 minutes max. Every other Beacon/QXO I deliver to gets me in and out in a very timely manner, but this particular location is absolutely terrible. Horrible. All beacons I go to. Horrible places. They disregard truckers even if ur first In. They have there day drivers in and out in 30 min while u sit and wait. Horrible place worst ever
I must say I am super impressed with your staff, their demeanors, their VERY high level of customer service, and overall confidence in gathering me the right materials. It was a breath of fresh air to come to your facility. I will recommend you to everyone i know in need of anything big or small.
