Sherrie D. is the reason I find any excuse to go in and order material instead of a phone call. By far one of the best and brightest people I have had the joy of knowing. Everybody at this branch is amazing. Matt, Lambo and Dillon are always ready to help and answer any questions. They are knowledgeable about all things roofing and will go the extra mile for us to make sure they stock what we need. Sherrie is AMAZING. Company was prompt in delivering shingles. However, deliver guys were VERY careless. They stepped on my ridge and put 4 holes through the dry-in material and did not care to mention anything about it. As they were leaving they drove through my yard tearing up some sod and destroyed my neighbors yard, easily leaving 4 feet of ruts in their Saint Augustine grass. Mistakes happen, but it would have been respectful and professional to get out and try to fix the ruts the best they could and more importantly let the homeowner know... read more
Amazing customer service! All I needed was one bundle of shingles and they could not have been nicer. Everyone was polite and friendly and I was in and out in a couple minutes. Same price as the big box stores.
