Had to drive 3 hours out of my way in order to make a purchase because these people are incapable of processing a payment over the phone…. How completely inept do you have to be in 2023 to not be able to process a payment over the phone?!? This was the last purchase we will ever make here. If you enjoy having your time wasted, this is the place for you. We’ll stick with ABC Supply.

Inept receiving department. I was waiting for 2 hours at risk of losing a $1300 appointment load. Luckily Marcus arrived in the bobtail and unloaded me in 15 mine, big props to this young man... I'm so tired of these places not respecting truck drivers time
