I was immediately welcomed by Bryce who asked if I had any questions. She was kind, thorough, and personable. Bryce did not push for me to buy anything as I browsed which was nice not feeling pressured. She was helpful and shared her experience and knowledge which was greatly appreciated. I came for ideas and left feeling much more confident in which materials and colors I preferred. I’m a flatbed driver and delivered a load of siding to this location today. The load was a correction of a shipping error from their supplier and they were very eager for it- waiting for weeks due to an error on their supplier’s end. Long story short, Bryce is an exceptional communicator and her guys Jacob and Matthew were both super nice. Together they facilitated a Saturday delivery which is unusual for them and for me but helped out all parties involved. Awesome customer service at the counter, and the warehouse is clean and organized. It just shows to me they take great pride in what they do...I highly recommend them.
