Blatantly lying about weight and size of delivery loads. Time is money. Mistakes happen. But if you know you made one you should correct it so that drivers don't show up thinking they're picking up twenty two pounds. One item. And they are really picking up a hundred and eighty pounds fourteen items. And the lady was just like it's no big deal.It doesn't weigh that much. And even admitted she put it in wrong. 🤣. Um. If 1/2 star was an option it'd be rated. Jordan is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. Would never give this company my business or would never refer anybody. Avoid the ignorance and go else where
Their drivers are incompetent and put the general public at risk. Driver wasn’t looking and almost pulled out hitting my car. When calling Beacon they said they have no managers available whatsoever and that they couldn’t help hold their driver accountable. This company is a joke and I would never trust them to deliver products especially after seeing their truck ruining this guys yard before almost hitting me.
Drivers: Tight, very, very tight. Do yourself a favor and come in off I-70 Lake St. Louis exit, so you’re traveling east on Terra Lane. You’ll need the entirety of Terra to turn left into the eastern driveway, up the hill. Upside is the guy unloading is pretty cool, very fast & easy to work with.
The customer service at this place was great! We were in, helped with siding decisions, paid, and left in under 30 minutes. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped us, he was EXCELLENT, so a huge thank you goes to him!!
