As I am new to this Industry, I’ve spent the last 25 years in customer service, and It seems to be a dying and lost trade. But whatever you’re doing with this company, from Sales employees like Josh, to your Return workers out in the yards like Brian I’m absolutely amazed. Thank you for making my job so much easier and making me feel like the little guys count.

I stopped in at Beacon today to look at some shingle colors. I can't express enough how impressed I was with Ashley's exceptional service. Ashley went above and beyond and looked through many boxes to assist me in finding samples of the specific colors that I was looking for. She even went out to the yard to look through boxes to find the samples I needed. She has an amazing attitude, and her patience and willingness to help me made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Ashley! You are the BEST!
