Threatening employee! I'm a homeowner who had a very small roofing repair job. The contractor I found said I could save money if I purchased the supplies he thought he needed at this store. He gave me a list and I called Roof Depot asking if they had them. They did. I called the store and asked if I purchased the supplies and needed to return them unopened if I could and get all my money back if I paid with a credit card.
