Had a bad experience, had a family member come in bought 4700 worth of lumber, he didn’t need all , never used or open brought for a refund, they didn’t want to refund him in the way he paid, paid in cash had receipt to show, then kept trying to to convince him thats the only way they can refund was with a credit card, if i paid cash why can’t i get my money back the way i paid you, i dont like when people try to take advantage of hardworking honest people,, and then you lie and don’t honor your policies, respect and honor y... read more
i checked in a 1.5 hours ago still not unloaded.. first truck here n getting treated like trash, all of there drivers get loaded and unloaded.. while im just sitting here getting pissed
Wow, this place was very fast. Walked in the door and as soon as I said where I was going they had paperwork ready. Very friendly. Went to load, same thing. Time is money for drivers and this place gets that
