Had to wait 4 and half hours for them to offload 4 pallets they were more worried about break i had to keep finding them and ask when they were planning on unloading 4 pallets so they don't move fast there
got a bunch of adhesives from here, didn't have to wait to long thankfully and the staff was nice enough.
Excellent group of employees out there both the office staff and the warehouse employees. Delivered a load today , in and out without any hurdles. Customer service nowadays is a mess everywhere, but these guys were exceptional. Keep up the good work guys. .
Had an appointment for the first thing in the am parked in front of the docks at midnight. Got woke up at 0645 asked to move due to being at the out going customers dock. Was told would be out to get me at 7am to unload. At 8am walked up to dock to ask when we could get in since they were doing other trucks that had just arrived. Was told it was first come first serve. Explained that I was here at midnight and asked to move was told oh well sorry about your nm luck wait in the line. Special ordered some brick, and they told me one day until I could get it! It's been a week and they still don't know where my order is! I can't even cancel it and get my money back!!! Would not recommend.
