I used to go Rosedale location but the customer service very bad, in this location the people is very helpful and especially Jen. Again Thanks Jen Bedingfield.
Would give 0/5 stars if I could. This is a multi-billion a year company that treats their customers like dirt. They do not care about you, in fact you inconvenience them when you need questions answered or would like to pick up what you pay for. Walk into the office to get your ticket, nobody greets you or frankly even looks up from their monitors. You bother them by asking them to do their jobs plain and simple. Fast and always knowledgeable about products
Very knowledgeable, and they have tons of material ready and available for purchase. Various Delivery options to suite any need. Not only do they have roofing but I was able to purchased my replacement siding (after storm ripped it off) from there as well.
