Very rude customer service. I called to ask to speak with my credit manager since she has not returned my calls. I was told, "It's not like I can knock on her door and tell her to call you". They do not respond unless they want your business. I would recommend ABC Supply over Beacon any day.
Staff here was a tremendous help to me this morning in making sure I had the correct metal shingle. Very greatful.
I recently visited Beacon Building Products for the first time, and I have to say, Joey provided outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive and eager to help . His knowledge about the products was impressive, which made my shopping experience smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of expert assistance!
I was in a pinch and needed a pair of Cougar Paws for work and all the other supply stores were closed or did not have my size. Luckily Haley (I believe that is the correct spelling, I might be wrong though) answered the phone. She was professional and sounded very cheerful over the phone. Because of Joey Ramos’s sense of urgency, he was able to provide me with a material quote that helped me win a job with a homeowner as I was quick and speedy with a price and construction start date. Again thank you Joey for working diligently and hastily getting me my material quote. I will be using Beacon for all my material needs. I have also worked with Klaudia and Hayley and had the same results. 5 star company. I couldn’t have done this without yall!
