Horrible horrible if you're delivering here. They start late, 0830, and take forever to pull you in. Once you are in, they take forever to unload you. Just avoid delivering here. They have no respect for a driver's time. Arrived at 1150. It's 1300 and still sitting outside. No customers or trucks ahead of me. Just avoid delivering here.
Had a good experience this time here. Manager pulled me in early and said they are working on getting drivers in and out faster.
Of all beacons I’ve delivered to, this is by far the worse, take forever to unload and when unloading you guy stops to take personal phone call, we all have personal things going on, but if your in the middle of unloading, finish then make the call, we have other deliveries to get to for the day.
Not good for truckers to unload, they keep you waiting till all their trucks are loaded, even load the ones coming in after you. This branch is no good had better service at others
I have been buying roofing materials from this branch of beacon supply since they opened. They have a great selection of shingles and the best prices I have found in Central Texas. Their delivery service is quick and reliable. They are very friendly and attentive. I recommend these guys!
