Never again. Parked over night. They open gate at 6am. I went to check. They said wait in truck someone will come out at 8am. At 8am, they said I didn't sign in so now have to wait until noon. They wouldn't let me sign in!!! They said wait in truck
Arrived at 2:15 pm. to pick up a load of roofing shingles going to Salt Lake City. I've been waiting now for over 2 hours to get loaded, waiting for company trucks to get unloaded. They really need to get this resolved.
Absolutely wonderful people, always friendly but I will offer some constructive criticism starting with unloading times, we understand y'all are busy but 4 hours is disrespectful, please get your chickens gathered. when calling the main number and the second they find out your a truck driver your treated differently. We aren’t all mouth breathers. Let’s work together to improve things!
Terrible service Open a 6am 2 trucks in front of me & I waited 4hrs to get unloaded
Front desk and fork lifts treated me fairly. Unloading wait time was painful. 3 1/2 hours. They really need to work out something different. Definitely the slowest beacon I’ve unloaded at.
