Very friendly staff and helpful when making pickup or deliveries
We moved into our new build home at the end of August and notice issues with a few of our windows soon after. It’s been three months and multiple technician visits with days off work to hear the same response, “We still need to order parts”. The lack of communication between the company is really frustrating and we still have yet to have resolution.
Their delivery truck was very large and had a Boom for lifting shingles to the top of my house. After they left I noticed several new cracks in my driveway. As per their request, I had quotes sent to a manager and he implied it would be taken care of. 5 months later it's not. *** As per your request... I emailed you a week ago. NO response.
