Customer service there is terrible. They don't answer the phone half the time when you call, and never call you back if you leave a message on their voicemail. This means you have to drive over there and talk to them in person, which is a whole different story. No employee wants to take any responsibility there. They just pass the buck and dispense vague information. They were the cheapest for my building project but it has hardly been worth it.
Very Rude front desk lady. Im a contractor and didnt have an account there because I use a different supplier. She treated me like I didnt belong in there. Well maybe I dont. I will spend my money somewhere else.
