I walked in and while 1 customer was being attended to, 2 other fairly young employees were leaning on the edge of the counter, talking and on their phones for 5+ minutes. I didn't even realize they were employees until someone from outback called them to serve me. I wanted a siding match and the young man told me they don't have that siding and their store in Alexandria doesn't either. I came to roof center to buy some in stock material. Glue and some other items for fixing EPDM roof. I wasn't sure how much stuff will I need, so on an advice from sales personal I bought more with the idea that I'll come back and return items I didn't use. Well, when I come back, I was charged 20% restocking fee. None of this was displayed on a sales receipt, or any other document, neither I was told that by sales people.
