Been a builder for 40 years Just got an earful of arrogance because I didn't know a brand name by a idiot named bob I will shop elsewhere It's about respect really and public humiliation which in the service industry is most fundamental

Too long to get your material. Minimum 20 minutes. The warehouse workers are normally rude to the customers and mostly socializing with each other while you are waiting outside in cold. The prices are good. But I don't think it worths the wait.

One of the tellers is not very friendly with customer returning an item. They make money with restocking fee of 20% and yet complain. They greet you when you buy and frown and complain if you return. The next project I will remember them very clearly.

Very Nice Counter people. However, Picking up the material takes to long. People out side don't understand that we have people on our payroll list. If we do not get the material on time. It does not matter to them. They are still getting paid. Allied has to find out a way to dispatch people with 20 minutes max. Otherwise this is store will be worse than Extech. I spend 20 to 25 minutes waiting for the forklift operator so that they can take pick up sheet, then i waited 25 minutes for the fork lift operator to show up with... read more
