I am extremely disappointed on the lack of product knowledge, stubbornness and lack of respect the guy sitting next to the entry door showed this morning. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is the first time ever I faced such an uncomfortable situation. The rest of the team are fantastic, don't get me wrong, it's just this bad apple.

They know their business and they treat your right. Never had a bad experience here. Wide range of everything needed for commercial and residential roofing. If they can't help you with something, they seem happy to recommend where to go to get the special something that they don't have to carry. Recommended without any reservation.
Stay away from this place. I reached out to Jesus Trujillo for a quote on some roof panels. A week goes by and never heard back from them. They must be too busy. I took my business to Thunder Mountain Metals. I received my quote in 5 minutes.
