I had a terrible experience with QXO. They showed up to deliver materials for my project but couldn’t deliver because a dumpster was in the way. However, there was a completely free driveway on the left side that they could have used. The manager called me at 2:22pm, and when I called him back at 2:24pm, he told me the truck had already left. I had a delivery for Beacon it was a second stop. I arrived at 1;20 in the afternoon. They were sitting around with an empty parking lot. They sent me away until the next day at 11 AM. This is the worst place! Don't deliver here or except a load. I wouldn't buy from them either.

Always great customer service and materials. Supply issues aren't their fault but they try to get you what you need or closest thing to it. Love working with this company

Their delivery service is not reliable. The salesman said our roofing materials will be delivered on time, but it was not. If you are finding a reliable company, don’t use this one.
