Great customer service
This company has a 20% restocking fee although nothing is posted anywhere about restocking fee. Also nothing on the receipt stating this fee.
Excellent customer service from Carlos. I was able to call the order in over the phone, he confirmed material in stock and ready for my roofer to pick up in 30 minutes.
I found what I needed some shingles they were hard to find elsewhere young lady that take care of me very polite and patient I would probably deal with them direct next time
Very slow costumer service. You can call ahead material you need, call 2 times to ask them to have oders ready, and still show up and have to wait over 30 minutes for a small order. Seriously? Time is money. What a lack of respect to costumers time.
