I went here for Certainteed Northgate shingles and roofing supplies for my home. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Heather, even took the time to go through the details of my roof and help me scope out the project. I'll even go as far as to compliment the delivery staff, who were very professional and quickly and safely delivered all the product onto my roof. Truckers , please keep in mind , when you have delivery or pickup from this business, it’s entrance is 3 ave ne and exit is centre ave e ,
The yard helpers were incredibly slow - generally it took us 20 minutes of sitting in the yard before we could get even a small order of a couple of bundles. Not only slow, but the guys working the yard were a bit rude when you mention you've been waiting so long. I must say though, that at the new location they have improved. Customer service in the office has always been excellent though.
