Wow this is hands down the best BBQ I have had out of a trailer in my life. If they had a spot that they could consistently pull flavors from there pit I would say it would be the best around. The pulled pork was tender and seeing as my dentures pulled a fast one and disappeared on me i appreciate that alot. The crew was friendly and even though they were busy and burning up hot, they all had a smile or at least didn't look like they hated there life. Very sweet people operating a nice business. Reasonably priced. I love side items from bbq restaurants. The potato salad and the cole slow and the baked beans will not disappoint you here. The pulled pork is smokey and very delicious. Dont forget to follow me and check out my pictures. The picture of my meal at this restaurant is a three bone rib plate with two sides and I ordered an extra side. $16.05. Bon appetit yall!
The “sausage” was essentially and extra large hotdog, the Mac n cheese not great. Potato salad was like straight outa Walmart(not good). The bbq served with the sausage tasted like Stubbs not bad but could be better. The pulled pork nachos chips were stale as a brick, the pork or the nacho cheese tasted horrible, I would not go again, I’m sorry I’m just trying to help.
Very mediocre for a food truck. Got the brisket quesadilla. VERY skimpy on the meat. Had one whole triangle with a little string of meat. Another with a tad more. The other half had very small amount. Too heavy on veggies to make them look filled up. If youre a bbq truck the meat should be the star not your frozen veggie mix. Also said it came with ranch which once i sat down realized i didnt get. But too lazy to walk back down. Ate one triangle and threw out the rest.
