Courteous people inside and out. They are willing to help you to a point, understandably. This is a salvage yard, so don't go here expecting them to do a full service beyond providing a part, you pay, and have a nice day. You need to know what you're getting when you deal with salvage yards and set your expectations appropriately. You can get a good deal here, too.

I'm not big on scrap metal recycling but, when I do need to drop off some metal, I've been to way better ran facilities than this. For one, there's zero direction at all when entering this place for the first time. If you're lucky, you'll catch an employee near the entrance who might give you the bare minimum. Which is to drive over the scale and wait until the number it's reading out goes green. Overall though, how dare you not know this process with zero direction? I have been selling scrap metal to them for a few years. It is always been quick easy and they have been very nice and even helped move some stuff if needed. I had a poor experience with another metal recycler in the area cheating me on some prices and actually pass them on the way to these guys.
