I went to this dental office to get an exam and cleaning. The dental assistant was very nice. I was then seen by the hygienist. The hygienist did some probing on my teeth and then told me he would be right back. I waited for quite a while. A woman came into the room and asked me if they had told me about my cleaning. I said no. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a special cleaning. She whipped out a brochure (in Spanish) and told me about some payment plan I needed to pay for my cleaning.
