She is uncommonly kind and shows an empathy and grace that can be so lacking in an industry that pushes medical professionals to function as a machine rather than compassionate individuals. She has listened to my concerns, is consistent with research and follow up, is respectful of time and never patronizes my own experiences or knowledge. I cannot speak highly enough of her.
