I see Rachel Firman, NP at LifeStance. She’s amazing and very kind. Always takes the time to see how I’m doing and listens. Even though I’m only seeing her for medication management. I also never feel rushed with her appts, she doesn’t make you feel like she needs to get in and out. Great experiences every appt!

Rachel was very detailed in understanding my history of during our first appointment. She was kind, empathetic, and gentle in her approach. I felt comfortable sharing my mental health history as well as a history of my trauma. I'm so glad I found Rachel, and look forward to working with her.

Rachel allowed me to be seen without informing me that I would require a drug test for an Adderall prescription based on her personal judgement from when she met me, citing "stimulant induced marijuana psychisis" as her ressoning, despite personal friends who are patients of hers were NOT drug tested. She then offered to prescribe me an SSRI despite the psychosis it could also induce. She wasted my time and my money, was deeply unhelpful, cold, and arrogant.

After years of starting and stopping the process, I finally put myself and my mental health first. I'm so very very thankful I found Rachel... she is amazing, caring, thoughtful, funny and an all around great person to have in your corner. She's helped me in so many ways.
