I took my Mom to see Rachel Handy for the first time this week. She was very thorough and spoke to my Mom in a very caring and thoughtful manner. She listened and showed my Mom compassion which is so important especially with older adults. My Mom liked her. It was a win and we will definitely be coming back.
I have only had 2 appointments, but she been time. And very through. The nursing staff has been excellent! I have felt extremely comfortable.
After our primary care physician left the practice, after 20 years being a patient, we were nervous to establish with a new practice. But Rachel is a very thorough and compassionate NP and our whole family is very pleased we switched!
My husband and I have started seeing Nurse Rachel and she has been incredibly helpful to us. She and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient and I can't believe the difference in my health since following her suggestions. She is especially good at following up with patients and will check in to confirm that new meds etc are effective and not producing unwelcome side effects. She does an amazing and through exam. You can tell she cares about your health and involves all of your specialties doctors in medicine adjustments
