My experience with Dr. Kraft was a positive one. I thought when she spoke with me she was kind and she was very thorough with explaining what she was having done for me and what she thought might be future procedures.
I am seeing Dr. Kraft for chronic migraines, and have been very pleased with her. She was very thorough in taking my medical history, has been very attentive during my visits and proactive about treatment. I really like her!
Went for Multiple neurological issues and had numerous mri scans. Refused to even look at my mri results and told me all my issues were in my head from stress. Dont waste your time!!
I saw Dr. Kraft twice in 2016 & she could not have been more arrogant & demeaning. No follow-up after tests were completed, just sends the report in the mail with no letter of explanation. Office staff is so rude as well. I could not have been more displeased & disappointed with this doctor & the office staff. I wouldn't see Dr. Kraft again nor would I recommend her to anyone else. I would have given her no stars at all if this would have allowed me to.
After a recent admission to the hospital, Dr. Kraft was the neurologist assigned to me as an inpatient. She missed the mark. Wanted to say my symptoms were all from stress. I found out a day later that I had a toxic level of a maintenance medication in my system. While she wanted to play psychiarist and blow off any other tests. She also missed a nodule on my thyroid on CT scan that another doctor found 2 days later.
