While I love my provider, Rachel Kranz, the support staff at this location needs improvement. They have mis-entered my appointments twice in a row. Since my provider will be leaving, I will be looking for another somewhere else. If I schedule an appointment on a certain date, I mark it in my colander so I will not double book. Being a student, I always schedule around my class times. I live 45 minutes away and have driven out there twice only to be told that my appointment on that date.
