I'm not sure how these two individuals could have had such a bad experience, but I've had a great experience! She's the only one I've seen in years that really knows how to ask pointed questions and is very thorough so as to provide the best information. She's patient and kind. Due to unexpected circumstances I won't be able to see her anymore and I doubt I'll find someone with similar qualities, but I hope I will.
