Racee was very helpful in understanding everything that was needed for my first home. She always answered any and all questions I had during the process to make it as smooth and easy as possible. Also, she was very timely and even got everything together quickly when we moved the closing up a couple days.
I appreciate her constant updates. I didn't have to email or call to see where we were in the process and if we would meet our closing date. I would highly recommend Racee to other clients.
More communication through the final underwriting stages would’ve been helpful. We had to negotiate to stay in our current place due to delays. We thought we were in final stages and weren’t (so did our realtor). Otherwise, Racee was great to work with and very responsive. No questions went unanswered and emails and texts got responses within the hour. We’re pleased and appreciate all the hard work to close our file. Thanks!
