I store my boat in this unit. There is a large gap under the door allowing debris to be blown in the unit during bad weather. There is also evidence of cats getting in the unit and getting in my boat. I was contacted by management and arrangements were made to attempt to rectify the problem. Currently working with them to resolve issues.
I just started renting the unit. Although the unit will maybe hard for me to get down to, it is big enough for the items that will be stored. They also blessed me with a lock to secure the items. The online rental process was very easy. And I like the fact the unit is right down the road from me, so I can keep an eye on it. Camera's on the property are just and added plus.
UPDATE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They not only increased the price of my storage, building, they added another $13 fee, if you pay past the 5th, they add a late fee of $21. and then a lien fee, of $125. on the 5th day of the second month, and send you a default notice letting you know that your belongings have been seized, until you pay a documented amout of $390.80, but when I went to pay that amount, it was changed to $420.59. I have been with Radiant for over a year and they are the most understanding company I have ever encountered. They understand that life happens and they make it better.
It’s very easy to last minute set up and move in. I’ve had a little trouble with online payments recently but a quick phone call resolved the payment issue.
