I store my boat in this unit. There is a large gap under the door allowing debris to be blown in the unit during bad weather. There is also evidence of cats getting in the unit and getting in my boat. I was contacted by management and arrangements were made to attempt to rectify the problem. Currently working with them to resolve issues.
UPDATE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They not only increased the price of my storage, building, they added another $13 fee, if you pay past the 5th, they add a late fee of $21. and then a lien fee, of $125. on the 5th day of the second month, and send you a default notice letting you know that your belongings have been seized, until you pay a documented amout of $390.80, but when I went to pay that amount, it was changed to $420.59.
