Everything via telephone. Customer service was excellent and Everything went smoothly and in under 10min. I work most business hours and it was so helpful getting this storage space without going in person.
Ready and storage has been a pleasant experience. Even during the transition I was overcharged on some things I got a hold of a live agent and he was able to square everything out and find my receipts and make everything good for me I really appreciate the customer service and I will continue to do business with this company.
It is not the fanciest place, but it is self serve and no one has caused me any issues. I was able to book over the phone and pickup my lock and key without physically seeing anyone in person.
Love it helped my son move back home from Houston and his experience was perfect .
I love the place and my stuff was safe and good I’ll be back to use them again
