I went to this dentist because was in severe pain. After coming up with a treatment plan they came to me with a bill for 1400.00 in-spite of my having double insurance coverage. I said no to the additional charges and said I would do the cleaning and extraction both of which were covered 100% by insurance. They then came back with a bill of $395.00 for bone graphing where the tooth would be pulled and I was told that the doctor would not extract the tooth unless I paid for that. I said ok.
