This is my second time using thie facility. Very pleased with the security, climate control, elevator and Melissa is wonderful. Wish I didn't have a big pole inside my unit - makes it a bit harder to work around, but I know there has to be ceiling support. :-) Would definitely use again and would recommentd.
Love the building, Melissa has the greatest personality. No cash payments , make sure you have debit card. Prices are lower than I figured they would be. no worries on theft with access code needed for entry to building. Carts provided , locks to purchase also there. Indoor units.

Melissa is a wonderful young lady to be working with. She is polite, professional and very understanding. I'm new to the Galveston TX area so I recommend this storage facility because of the companies payment flexibilities.
The facility is well maintained and clean in a renovated historical building. Entry and access to the unit is easy. I have found the management to be rude and unaccommodating .
