Love the building, Melissa has the greatest personality. No cash payments , make sure you have debit card. Prices are lower than I figured they would be. no worries on theft with access code needed for entry to building. Carts provided , locks to purchase also there. Indoor units.
Melissa is wonderful to work with. We got to downsize and she was able to find something close. That made our move so much easier.

Reserved a unit called to verify was told someone was there til 5 pm today. We got there noone there called the number again was given a code and a unit number. Upon entering immediately hit with the smell of mold couldn't find the elevator. Got to floor 4. The mold smell was so bad up there. Got to the unit it was locked you couldn't look at it. Called the number again was told to come back tomorrow. We won't ever come back based on the smell alone I'd never store anything there
