Reserved a unit called to verify was told someone was there til 5 pm today. We got there noone there called the number again was given a code and a unit number. Upon entering immediately hit with the smell of mold couldn't find the elevator. Got to floor 4. The mold smell was so bad up there. Got to the unit it was locked you couldn't look at it. Called the number again was told to come back tomorrow. We won't ever come back based on the smell alone I'd never store anything there

Moved from one storage room to another and it was made easy by Melissa. She helped find the right area for my needs. She was very pleasant and attentive to me and everyone that was there at that time. I have recommended your place to some friends and anyone looking for a storage facility.

The homeless take up camp in the facility. Actually, they are living in units and stealing power. I pay more than the asking rate online after the change of hands. I expect to feel safe when I go there. Doors are often propped open for people to freely come and go. Supposed to be climate controlled, but they have the heat so high we couldn't comfortably retrieve our holiday stuff. Guess it's heated up for the homeless. Very dissapointed.

Did I need to store my things in a concrete bunker? Maybe. Do I feel safer knowing belongings are 8 feet above the ground behind walls of solid concrete? Yup! Maybe I’ll shelter here during the next hurricane. Seriously, modern facility with photos hidden throughout showing the renovation from an old brewery. Super unique spot for storage with great lighting.
