Absolutely terrible billing department. Run! I never write bad reviews but if I can save someone the headache of dealing with this awful department it’s worth it. I wish I would have checked reviews before getting imaging done there. Techs were great and the actual appointment was fine but billing has been a nightmare. I will be requesting a new company going forward. I just received a $441 bill for an annual mammogram that should have been covered. I decided to check google reviews and this is clearly a common and intentional problem! if this was causing the company to lose money it would have been fixed but since they are consistently over billing if 1% of the people pay the bill it’s a money maker and stealing! Completely unethical business practices.

As MANY others have complained, their “Billing Department” is completely incompetent at their jobs. It is a third party company to arrange and make payments. We want to do the right thing and pay the bill, but their “Billing Department” cannot do their jobs. We have provided the secondary insurance information MULTIPLE times, yet they continue to not do their job and bill them. I have multiple recorded conversations with them that can prove this. I had no problems with them . I ask if I could do a 3 month plan they said sure. My services were all there with which dr. I told then I told them I won't do auto w/d. I will do online they said that was fine. And I one time I had to had to pay 1 week later they were super nice. I really like radiology

I want to radiology associates, on commercial Street in neenah, where it's always been. My appointment was made a year ago, I was never told that their location changed. I had a 3-day migraine, I have homework to do and I had to force myself out of the house to go to this appointment that I couldn't make because the place moved. This is not patient care, it's ridiculous that I was not told.
