Horrible Billing. I am still working on claims from 12 months ago to have them resubmit with the correct code to my Insurance to cover my service to 100 %. Every-time I am calling to get an update it takes me 15 minutes to even get the Billing Person to understand what happens and what I need to get done - only then to be referred back to my Insurance. Same as everyone else here. They read something that I had done. I never received a bill and today I received a notice from a collection agency. I have Medicare Supplement so I should not have any copay whatsoever. I'm currently on an eternal hold to some other part of the world and not looking forward to it from everything I've read here!
I had a devil of a time trying to add my expiration date of my credit card! I couldn’t get it to go beyond June and my card expired in November. To get the job done I used my other card with an expiration in February. Many woods of frustration were uttered.
Like others have stated, they have THE worst and most deceptive and deceitful billing practices. my husband had an MRI done as part of a Workmen’s Comp. procedure. They kept sending us bills for the interpretation of the MRI and we kept forwarding them onto the Workmen’s Comp. After a short while they sent us to collections. The person I talked to was very difficult to understand. I asked her to repeat things several times. She was not able to answer questions like when this service occurred or why some things were seemingly charged twice.
