Horrible Billing. I am still working on claims from 12 months ago to have them resubmit with the correct code to my Insurance to cover my service to 100 %. Every-time I am calling to get an update it takes me 15 minutes to even get the Billing Person to understand what happens and what I need to get done - only then to be referred back to my Insurance. Like others have stated, they have THE worst and most deceptive and deceitful billing practices. my husband had an MRI done as part of a Workmen’s Comp. procedure. They kept sending us bills for the interpretation of the MRI and we kept forwarding them onto the Workmen’s Comp. After a short while they sent us to collections. Absolutely terrible billing department. Run! I never write bad reviews but if I can save someone the headache of dealing with this awful department it’s worth it. I wish I would have checked reviews before getting imaging done there. Techs were great and the actual appointment was fine but billing has been a nightmare. They sent my bill to my insurance incorrectly so insurance told me they needed to resend it with the proper codes, told me they would fix it, sent my bill to collections in the meantime, I spent multiple hours... read more
Billing is awful at this place will never recommend or go here again and my issue with billing just started. Thought I paid off my bill then I got a bill for collections bunch of bs. Didn't even know I had this other so called bill.
I will be requesting a new company going forward. I just received a $441 bill for an annual mammogram that should have been covered. I decided to check google reviews and this is clearly a common and intentional problem! if this was causing the company to lose money it would have been fixed but since they are consistently over billing if 1% of the people pay the bill it’s a money maker and stealing! Completely unethical business practices.
