Dealing with Radiology Associates of South Florida has been an infuriating experience. Extreme incompetence and SCAM alert for sure. I did not even choose to use this org's services, it was used by Baptist Health in south Florida. They don't reflect your insurance on your bill even though your insurance was provided to Baptist Health. After providing your insurance several times after the fact they do nothing. Each time I have called their "customer service" tell you that they will resolve the issue but it will take between... read more
RASF has on two occasions changed my doctor’s diagnosis code from those indicating medical necessity to “routine”. Results in Medicare denial, phone calls, appeals, and frustration. I advised my healthcare system’s radiology director of this processing error as they send many referrals to RASF.
