If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place ever. They literally bill you for ALL services even if you have insurance and provide insurance 10 thousand times over. I did not even choose to use this place, it was used by south Miami hospital at the time. On top of that I was sent to Collections in 2022, which I called to get it resolved in back in 2022. I was airlifted to Sacred Heart in Pensacola with a life threatening condition. In the process they did a CT scan on me. When billing it to Medicare they used the wrong code which was denied by Medicare. They used a code for routine examination which was confirmed by Medicare instead of the proper code for emergency situations. Their rep said they would submit it to their "review board" and it would take about 30 days. I spoke with Radiology Associates' customer service person...Mitchell...the reason for my call was an insurance issue. Mitchell calmly lowered my stress anticipated level...Mitchell ask me a few security questions...from there...I was put on hold for 45 seconds...after that Mitchell explained that I would receive a corrected amount owed bill...Mitchell had all of the correct answers to the questions that I ask...it was a great way for me to start an early Monday Morning...I have a feeling the rest of my day could be great a... read more

I received a random bill for $192 and constant text messages from this company. I've never been to them before and I have insurance that covers my x-rays. I contacted them and they asked for my insurance information. I wouldn't give it to them because I believe it's very scammy for them to charge me for an x-ray that I had through another organization less than 30 days ago and then ask for insurance info, which they should already have if they're contracted with the original organization I received the x-ray.
