I had a terrible experience with Radiology Associates of South Florida. I was billed for services that my insurance clearly states the provider is not allowed to bill. My insurance sent them the Explanation of Benefits showing this, and even after three months of follow-ups and my insurance contacting them directly, they have not yet issued a refund or credit.Dealing with this organization has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend them and caution anyone about potential billing issues.
