Just like all the other reviews, if you're reading this I'm sorry! You must be going through the same BS we had to. This place is a scam. I've never been here yet got my credit score hit by a collection service for this place. I got a letter in the mail after I noticed my credit score drop. There was no other notice or clue to this even happening until after it already happened. Sketchy as hell. I was actually in the ER in Austin on the exact date they claimed my services were from. I was given a written quote for services but billed substantially more by radiology partners/singleton & associates. I spoke with the billing department and requested a review and even sent them a copy of the written quote. They refused to honor it and advised they were sending me to collections if I didn’t pay the higher amount - required payment in full. I advised Memorial Hermann of their shady business practices but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Avoid using them if you don’t want to get ripped off.
Horrible experience. They sent me text messages every three days saying I needed to click on a link to pay $2000. I waited to get a paper statement and saw they hadn’t included my Insurance. I called and added insurance and my bill was $40. Total scammers.
where you got my phone# ? I NEVER in my life been to this facility? How the bill come from? what service you provided to me? please don't bother me !! Can you guys do some correct thing to help people and not just want to take money from other. Everyone like money but you have to get it from your work/service. hope your manageteam can see my comment and improve you manage system. Please check your system and remove the incorrect record.
Representative was kind, interested and dedicated to assuring I was taken care of. She found the issue and sent request to my secondary insurance company. She made me feel I was important. Most appreciative of that.
