I had radiology services completed in August 2025 and did not receive a paper bill for five months. Then, in February 2026, I received a “final notice” as if multiple statements had already been sent. I had previously requested a paper bill and never received one. It is extremely frustrating to be treated as though I ignored a balance when I was never properly billed. Just like all the other reviews, if you're reading this I'm sorry! You must be going through the same BS we had to. This place is a scam. I've never been here yet got my credit score hit by a collection service for this place. I got a letter in the mail after I noticed my credit score drop. I am formally disputing an alleged debt reported by Radiology Partners that has been sent to collections for services I did not receive. I have never visited the facility referenced, nor have I authorized any services from this provider. Similar to everyone else's experience, this bill came unexpectantly. Memorial Hermann quoted an MRI price, we paid, then we're hit with a 3rd party company charging for reading the MRI. This should be outlawed. It's deceptive and corrupt. I paid my bill but wanted to share my experience to support others going through similar frustrations. Hiding medical costs is egregious. Medical bills should be apparent BEFORE services are rendered.
I just checked my credit card statement and noticed I've been billed for the last 3 months by Radiology partners. I don't even owe them anything and it's being charged almost on the exact date every month. This is ridiculous! Now I'm going to have to try to get my money back and get them to stop charging my credit card every month or close my card. Ugh... the hassle this is going to be.
