I have never visited the facility referenced, nor have I authorized any services from this provider. Just like all the other reviews, if you're reading this I'm sorry! You must be going through the same BS we had to. This place is a scam. I've never been here yet got my credit score hit by a collection service for this place. I got a letter in the mail after I noticed my credit score drop. Nice people that answers the phone but lack education and protocol when it comes to veterans. I was given a written quote for services but billed substantially more by radiology partners/singleton & associates. I spoke with the billing department and requested a review and even sent them a copy of the written quote. They refused to honor it and advised they were sending me to collections if I didn’t pay the higher amount - required payment in full. I advised Memorial Hermann of their shady business practices but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Avoid using them if you don’t want to get ripped off.
I just checked my credit card statement and noticed I've been billed for the last 3 months by Radiology partners. I don't even owe them anything and it's being charged almost on the exact date every month. This is ridiculous! Now I'm going to have to try to get my money back and get them to stop charging my credit card every month or close my card. Ugh... the hassle this is going to be.
