I've never received worse care. Entered hospital. Gave my insurnace info. That girl didn't enter it. I get a 12k bill. I called this place to provide insurnace info. Their biling/claims department evidently cannot access Google to check claim address for insurnace you have. So, instead they tell you call back. Here's my problem. You're open 8-5. I was ran off the road and airlifted to Banner Desert unconscious. While I was out they gave me 10 x-rays which my insurance paid for. I then get two checks in the mail for $1700 from my insurance because they would not send them to radiology partners. RP sent me two bills for a total of $8400 to look at 10 x-rays. Oh, the credit bureaus should love this! I saw that this company reported me to a collection agency and it was placed on my credit report today while I have no idea when I received any service from them because not only do I have insurance, I never got a bill in the mail. Now, reading reviews, it seems like they are broke and going at people fraudulently to get money. Thanks to Google for unveiling the face of who destroyed my perfect credit score.
Got a ding on my credit report for almost $2,000. I’ve never even heard of these people much less received services, not a bill or anything. My insurance pays at 100% anyway. I also live no where near Mesa. I don’t go to the east valley for healthcare.
Abhorrent billing practices flagged by my insurance. Do not waste your time calling their offices, handle everything through your insurance and/or bank. I am extremely concerned how they even obtained some of my information.
