Terrible experience. They refused to bill my insurance company so I did what I could by having my insurance company complete a 3 way call between us. I listened as my insurance company told these hack and scam artists how to make a claim since they are in network. This company never did it. My insurance company then made it super easy for them to literally just fax them the bill. They still couldn't figure out how to do it. Found all the staff friendly and helpful had several brain shunt series and chest while in the hospital for ten days with meningitis. Techs were always concerned with if I could stand up or if laying down was more comfortable. Had my spinal taps done by radiology staff also and same level of care and concern by staff, can’t say enough about everyone.

Called 3x to give insurance info, still has not been billed correctly. Now the claim is past timely when they could have just checked the hospital face sheet.

I've never received worse care. Entered hospital. Gave my insurnace info. That girl didn't enter it. I get a 12k bill. I called this place to provide insurnace info. Their biling/claims department evidently cannot access Google to check claim address for insurnace you have. So, instead they tell you call back. Here's my problem. You're open 8-5. I work during those hours. I spent 20 minutes of my 15 minute break trying to understand the person who answered my call. When that was unsuccessful and after providing all my info. ... read more
