Excellent stay for the price. I stayed here for work for a couple weeks. Good location. Kind and courteous staff. Everyone was beyond nice.
Antoinette was amazing at the front counter, always had a smile and great help. The breakfast was hot but did not offer much variety, the juice is really good though. The rooms were pretty standard and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.
Amazing front desk staff, those girls are absolutely awesome. 5 stars for them, they did the best that they could with what advice they were given. Manager on the other hand is very rude, the poor girls were up for days working through this while the manager literally told us all to go away he won't be dealing with complaints or honoring vouchers from the government for fire evacuees, the prices that got printed when I signed in were $109, got charged 210$ a night, and have many strange additional charges since he gets 1 st... read more
My stay was from April 25 to May 9 All the hotel staff were very good to deal with. They did their best to get to know me, If I ever needed anything, they immediately helped out with my request Breakfast was always ready. Some things were out of their control and I thought they handled them very well at times they were out of inventory for some of the food. The breakfast area electrical appliances had to run off of extension cords because the sockets in the wall were not operational.
Room was awesome, staff are friendly and helpful. I had over a month stay and would definitely come back again. Breakfast is ready before I go to work, which is good as I leave fairly early. Would definitely recommend this hotel
