Room was awesome, staff are friendly and helpful. I had over a month stay and would definitely come back again. Breakfast is ready before I go to work, which is good as I leave fairly early. Would definitely recommend this hotel
Management and staff very helpful. Prit the manager was very accommodating to room requests and overall help with anything to do with stay. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall great stay nice and quiet. Restaurant ate there couple times food was great service was great aswell
Antoinette was amazing at the front counter, always had a smile and great help. The breakfast was hot but did not offer much variety, the juice is really good though. The rooms were pretty standard and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.
Rooms are dated and not cleaned well. Couch had many stains on it. Found a pervious occupants baby cup on the floor. Floors were never vacuum while there for our stay. Hot tub was closed and dirty water left in the pool. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Ordered from Jack's wings were soggy and vinegar was watered down. Management had meetings with staff in the breakfast room and talk very poorly about the cliental and homeless people. Amazing front desk staff, those girls are absolutely awesome. 5 stars for them, they did the best that they could with what advice they were given. Manager on the other hand is very rude, the poor girls were up for days working through this while the manager literally told us all to go away he won't be dealing with complaints or honoring vouchers from the government for fire evacuees, the prices that got printed when I signed in were $109, got charged 210$ a night, and have many strange additional charges since he gets 1 st... read more
