I have been seeing Dr. Greenstein for over 12 years. She is consistently exceptional. She listens attentively. Her exams are very thorough. She has seen me through several cardioconversions. She is very knowledgeable, personable, caring, and professional. Excellent communication skills! I cannot recommend her enough.
This was the first time I saw a cardiologist so I was pretty nervous about it. Dr . Greenstein was very friendly and she browsed through all my files and was very knowledgeable about my previous conditions. Her approach was conservative. She explained me in detail a couple of options and the final solution will be chosen after consultations with other care providers I have now. It gave me confidence in her approach and I recommend her to new patients.
Very sympathetic and competent. Good listener & takes ample time to explain what one needs to know
I don’t recognize Dr. Greenstein in some of these reviews. My experience over the last 10 years is exactly the opposite. She consistently explains things, she encourages me to ask questions and take ownership of my care. The advice she has given me, the assessment of options and likely outcomes has been consistently spot on. I have never known her to be condescending or in anyway unpleasant or inappropriate. I don’t know what else to say. She is my cardiologist and I’m glad she is.
Unsatisfied. She reviewed my chart and saw that I was on an anticoagulant and that I experienced 1 episode of a heart rhythm problem the previous year. She attributed the medication for that. I told her I had been on the medication long before that for multiple blood clots in the lungs. She would not address any other issues.
Very poor. She failed to look deeper in my medical history and contact any of the other providers before a procedure. If she had done so, then maybe I wouldn’t have thrown blood clots that affected my spleen and gave me 2 strokes. She was unconcerned about my immediate concerns after procedure (vision blind spots). I was admitted less than 2 weeks later and she never came to see me despite the office being physically connected to the hospital. Very arrogant, condescending, and poor bedside manner.
My visit with Dr Greenstein was very rushed and she did not seem to be interested in discussing any of my symptoms. She cut me off several times while I was trying to talk and did not come off as very knowledgeable about medication or treatment options for my condition. Will keep searching for an electrophysiologist who will discuss things with me and not act like I don't deserve a few minutes of their time.
Unfortunately Dr. Greenstein was condescending and she made me feel as though I wasted her time by scheduling an appt. Because of her attitude, I will not go back to see her in the future nor will I recommend her to friends and family members.
