Dr. Rafael has a very bad staff. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone there just because of that. I'll also discontinuing having him as my primary physician just because of those nurses in his office.
He's fantastic doctor.He is taking care of my thyroid problem. He's checking every single detail to find out what is exactly wrong.
