Rafflebox was fantastic to work with! They were super helpful and always quick to respond to my emails. I communicated with 4–5 different reps, and every single one of them was equally helpful, pleasant, and professional. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I will absolutely use them again and would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for a quick and easy experience.
Although our raffle is not completed yet I wanted people to know what a positive experience I have had with Rafflebox. I was very stressed and overwhelmed about the event and the rafflebox rep kept me calm, simplified the steps and supported my rush request to get it set up within days. With gaming governing bodies making the process challenging to navigate, I would not have been able to do this without my reps support. So grateful!
