Rafflebox was fantastic to work with! They were super helpful and always quick to respond to my emails. I communicated with 4–5 different reps, and every single one of them was equally helpful, pleasant, and professional. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I will absolutely use them again and would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for a quick and easy experience.
Although our raffle is not completed yet I wanted people to know what a positive experience I have had with Rafflebox. The person assigned to me to help me through the whole process has been so forthcoming with his knowledge and extreme attentiveness - always bending over backwards to make sure I had all my bases covered. Rafflebox is a great system to hold and organize raffles for our organization. The customer service is quick and excellent, very happy with the service and it is a very good return on our costs. We have used them several times, and will be using them more in the future!
Our minor hockey league uses Rafflebox for 50/50 fundraisers. Today, during my volunteer shift - the app crashed multiple times, and despite numerous attempts to resolve with our rep, has failed to deliver. For the fee charged per transaction, I am very disappointed in the shoddy quality of this platform. It has unquestionably cost us a great deal of potential sales with all of the crashes.
This was the first time organizing a 50/50 for our team, and Rafflebox was an absolute delight to work with. From the initial phone call with Ali to outline our needs - and very tight timeline! - to the prompt responses from Andy and Sean in the development department, this whole process could not have gone any smoother. Their FAQ page answers any and all questions, our finished page looked fantastic, and we made 10x what we would have using paper tickets.
