Rain One's installation of our irrigation system went very well. The large crew worked together like a well-oiled machine to install the underground piping and equipment. Rain One just finished installing our new sprinkler system. I have been very, very impressed with them so far. We're in a new housing development and waiting months for the sod to be installed. When Jeff, with Rain One, came out two months ago, he told us we'd want to get it installed between the final grading of the yard and the installation of the sod. Previous employee, they instruct us to break locks to get to irrigstion systems on commercial properties. Stay far from this business, they can't even pay their employees the hourly amount they sign on for. Check glass door for "Rain One" for more details. All reviews here on BBB are 100% accurate and believable (employed 2024, commercial tech)

******************* to deal with. They have the worst billing department and cannot keep their books. They use several billing systems and double charge customers and then send bills to collections for small bills. Terrible rude female employees that deal with you if you call in. STAY AWAY!
This company breached the contract they wrote and now they are currently demanding $1,400 from me. According to the contract we signed, any additional work was to be accompanied by a new contract. However, this did not occur. They initially took a non-refundable deposit of $1,165. During the job, they claimed that the estimator had made an error, necessitating the installation of an additional ***** feet of piping, which would cost an extra $1,400. This company is a scam. They broke our irrigation system, admitted fault to it, and refused to replace it. This is terrible business and I don't understand how they are still in business.
