Bought a 2020 nissan leaf certified in late 2023. Had a little over 6k miles. My son leaned against the passenger headlight and it moved. I took the front plastic cover off and found that every bracket was broken for the headlight and the only thing holding it in was a sheet metal screw. If they actually did the full inspection they should have seen this. Never buying a car there again.
Raphael was great! Even though I didn’t end up buying the car. He made sure to keep it aside since I was driving from pretty far away. Had no pressure from him, looked into all of my concerns and kindly accepted it when I said I wasn’t gonna buy it.
I don’t like to give negative reviews but this place has made it very difficult to remain neutral. If you somehow manage to get a live person on the phone, typically after 30min of waiting, good luck getting a straight answer. I’ve always taken my car to dealers for routine services and maintenance, last year I decided to begin using Rairdon’s as it’s closer to my home. They were unable to diagnose or repair an engine rattle that is occurring at a specific speed and RPM but were more than happy to charge me for numerous hour... read more
I brought my car in for ac recharge which was to require a $360 diagnosis. That cost is supposedly based upon estimated 2 hours of labor. They said the compressor needed to be replaced and provided $1650 estimate. Decided to have the work completed elsewhere. When closing out my bill I was expecting bill to be $396 to include tax. However the dealer added a shop fee of $48, for a walkout bill of $48. Had my routine oil change and checked the car for anything else. Service was great finished before estimated time frame. I’ve been going here for 7 years and still continue to do so because of the great service.
