I’m a fairly new patient but am pleased with the friendly, efficient front office staff and getting to know Dr Vanam as my primary physician. She has been helpful with several issues, reviewing labs and having good suggestions for my care. She is caring and a good listener.
Dr Vanam has been my doctor for quite some time. She's very thorough and addresses any problem I have had. I appreciate her greatly.
I left this doctors office in tears. It was like pulling teeth to just get basic labs ordered. She would rather refer you out to another doctor to handle it further instead of doing the base work to get the ball rolling, like labs. She didn’t take the time to help me decide between what medications would suit me best and instead just wrote me a prescription for everything I had questions about instead of actually discussing the pros and cons with me to help me make an informed decision. Been with Dr Vanam for a few years now. Love her straight forward approach, I appreciate that. Staff is compassionate and office is easy to deal with. Love the ability to leave non urgent messages on the MyChart app for the staff and get prompt replies.
Dr Vanam is a very good doctor.
