It is not so much the company of Lifestance, as much as my provider Raji George, who makes my experience seamless and blissful. Raji exhibits a level of understanding beyond social conversation, meaning she’s a great provider in mental health but, she also comes with an authentic and well to be around personality. She does not limit herself to being a provider asking the simple and formatted questionnaires within a meeting but, she remains an authentic human regardless of profession and degree. Raji George was very nice and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to every issue. She asked me plenty of questions, ones I didn't even think of. I was extremely nervous going into this and now I'm excited for my next appt.
She listens to respond. She contradicts herself. She told me I have lots of things wrong with me on the first visit without reading my charts or testing me. She told me it's Lifestance's policy to never prescribe a stimulant without seeing the patient first. Yet, I was prescribed without an in person visit. Before I took this appointment, I made it very clear to Lifestance that I didn't want to continue to get strung along by these providers that have a prescription quota to reach. Raji is an amazing NP. She has a lot of experience in different areas so she is very well rounded knowing multiple aspects of health care. I was able to talk to her about some other health issues and she understood what I was talking about. So she was also able to give me suggestions on what else I should bring up to my PCP. Raji is very sweet, respectful and takes her time with me. She is NOT judgmental at all. She takes everything going on in your life in to consideration, it’s obvious she REALLY cares.
