Very great place to come to when you need some support or even if you need someone to talk to and someone who will engage with you, listen to what you have to say, and give you great feedback and advice. 2 people in particular one who is one of the PEER Support members is Ms. Holly. Ms. Holly is great at what she does, she cares about others, she very intelligent, and will always be there for you when you are in need. I don’t see how people can post about wonderful staff when the staff changes monthly. They always have issues for example one day they didn’t have lids for take home bottles, most recently I walked in at 5:30 am after waiting outside for 45 min. and was told I wouldn’t get my take homes until i saw the Dr. who would arrive at 7:30. No advance notice, no appointment , no options. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I have been there 6-8 months and not once seen a counselor. I am on Medicaid yet they still made me pay ... read more

Ignore the old one star reviews, the staff here is wonderful! Dr. Walker is seriously the best in the business and truly cares about helping people break free from active addiction and frankly, death. He and the counselors are knowledgeable, kind, nonjudgmental, and will help you succeed by building a personalized treatment plan that fits your situation and goals. If you are considering MAT, I highly recommend this treatment center.

I have been a patient for over 9yrs. and they have been wonderful to me the entire (almost) decade. The Director, The Doctor, and the Nurses are absolutely amazing. I would name them individually but i think that might be a bit much on this public platform. Keep up the great work, yall are amazing!!!

I had to change my review from 5 stars to one. SWIM goes here and the doctor they credited with saving their life literally dropped dead in the clinic. No statement was made, no announcement, nothing. They didn't even find out until months later when they went to make an appointment. They never have a counselor, and when they do it only lasts for a couple months before changing again. There is constant staff turnover. They never have enough nurses.
